Set what you want to spend on travel and accommodation first. Every hotel is then marked within or over budget, and the Budget page shows exactly what's left.
When you're away, log what you spend in the local currency and see planned against actual when you're home.
Fly-drives and multi-centre tours
Add your stops in order and the planner works out the drives between them, the hire car, flying home from a different airport, and a stay at each stop.
Tap any drive to find canyons, castles and viewpoints along the way, and add them to the day.
UK breaks without the airport
Choose to drive and you'll see the miles, the time and roughly what the fuel will cost. Choose cottages and holiday homes come first.

Is the planner really free?
Yes. You can plan a trip, compare places to stay and ways to get there, and see your budget without paying anything. Paid plans add deal alerts, unlimited trips, multi-centre tours and sync across devices.
Do you book the holiday for me?
No. We help you find and compare, then you book directly with sites like Booking.com, Expedia or the airline, with your dates already filled in. Your booking and any protection come from them.
How do you make money?
From subscriptions, and from a small commission when you book through some of our links, at no extra cost to you. Those links are always marked.
What counts as a deal?
We compare each fare with the usual price for that route in that month. A deal is a fare noticeably below that, and the email tells you exactly how much below.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and you won't be charged again. The Annual plan runs for 12 months and simply isn't renewed if you cancel. Your trips stay in the free planner either way.
